General
- Specify if you want your commission to resemble a particular piece of the artist's work.
- Waitlist applications before commissions open are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
- Returning clients who have commissioned the artist three times will have a reserved slot for the next commission opening.
- Failure to respond within 3 days after accepting the commission will result in cancellation.
- The artist has the right to log all conversations regarding the commission.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse commission requests.
- The artist may work on personal projects alongside your commission.
- Provide multiple references for your commission.
- Updates on the progress of the commission will be provided, and you can request updates as well.
- If the art is to be rigged after completion, please contact Kobi beforehand.
Content

- Mild NSFW
- Fantasy
- Humanoids
- Fanart
We WILL NOT create media with
- Someone else's style
- Political motives
- Gore
- Body Horror
- Heavy NSFW
- Sexualized Minors
- Mecha, Robots, Vehicles
Payment
- Payment is accepted only through PayPal via invoice.
- Payment is required after the final sketch is approved (applies to Kobi only).
- Commission prices may vary based on complexity.
- A rush fee of 50% applies to expedited orders which are to be completed within 1 week.
- Commercial fees apply if the artwork is used on Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok (hobby or unpaid use).
- Commercial use incurs an additional fee of 20%.
- For merchandise use, the price is twice the original commission price.
Refunds
- Refunds are available if the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or equipment damage.
- Significant design changes that differ greatly from the original order will be treated as a new commission and may incur full charges.
- To cancel a commission, contact the artist immediately before making the payment.
- No refunds are provided if the client cancels after payment has been made.
Special Conditions for Companies / VTuber Groups
- For companies or VTuber groups handling commission payment, the company representative must contact the artist within 2 days to arrange payment.
- Failure to contact within the specified time will result in the commission being voided.
Privacy
- Do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken.
- Information about clients will be kept confidential unless the client states otherwise.
Copyright & Credit
- Do not claim our work as your own.
- 100% of the product's Copyright will belong to the artist.
- If a Banner, Profile Picture, Intro Video, VTuber Model is to be used credits should be stated in your bio.
- If a Music Video or illustration is to be posted on Twitter or other social media, the artist should be stated in the tweet or description.
- Reproducing or redistributing my work (reselling) without my permission will result in legal action being taken.
- Minting/selling the commission work as an NFT will result in legal action being taken
